Veteran nonprofit tennis leader to guide national community impact efforts
BUDA, TX – June 11, 2025 – The RacFit Foundation, the philanthropic partner of RacFit—a new tennis, pickleball, and fitness facility launching this summer in Buda, Texas—is proud to announce Tim Stallard as its first Executive Director. A respected nonprofit leader and community builder in the tennis world, Stallard joins the Foundation at a pivotal time as RacFit nears the launch of its first location.
With a career dedicated to using sport as a vehicle for change, Stallard has touched the lives of thousands through tennis and wellness programs that break down barriers for underserved youth and families. His work has focused on creating inclusive environments, driving collaboration among civic and private partners, and developing scalable programs that strengthen community health and cohesion.
The RacFit Foundation’s mission is:
To inspire and support healthier, happier lives by providing access to sports, wellness programs, and educational opportunities for underserved families in our community and across the country.
“Tim Stallard is a rare kind of leader— an accomplished visionary and servant,” said John Hernandez, Managing Partner of RacFit. “His work over the past decade has not just introduced hundreds of kids to tennis—it’s helped them believe in themselves. We are excited about the potential to integrate RacFit Community Programs into The RacFit Foundation. As we grow the RacFit brand, we know Tim will be the heart behind our efforts to create meaningful, lasting impact in every community we serve.”
Stallard’s experience includes leading initiatives with the USTA, serving as Executive Director at the Bush Tennis Center, and forging innovative nonprofit models that bring quality sports access to traditionally overlooked populations.
In accepting the role, Stallard expressed both excitement and conviction:
“Tennis changed my life—and I’ve seen it change the lives of countless others. This role with the RacFit Foundation gives me the opportunity to continue doing what I love most: building bridges through sport, giving every child a shot at confidence, health, and hope. I’m honored to be part of something that puts community at the center and creates real access for families who need it most.”
As Executive Director, Stallard will shape the Foundation’s long-term vision, oversee partnerships and fundraising, and develop programs designed to uplift underserved communities across Texas and, eventually, the nation.
