The RacFit Foundation is dedicated to empowering underserved families by fostering access to health, wellness, and athletic opportunities. Through scholarships, school partnerships, and free community clinics, we provide resources that promote active lifestyles, personal growth, and lifelong well-being. By collaborating with individuals, families, and businesses, we aim to strengthen our community and create lasting opportunities for all.

Leadership

Tim Stallard – Executive Director

Tim Stallard is a veteran nonprofit tennis leader with a lifelong commitment to using sport as a catalyst for community impact. Over the course of his career, he has helped thousands of kids, families, and adults access tennis, wellness, and educational opportunities—often in underserved areas. Known for his ability to unite partners and inspire lasting change, Tim continues to lead with purpose, empathy, and a deep belief in the
power of play.

Vince Cali

Vince served over 32 years with Deloitte & Touche, LLP until he retired in 2008.  His positions at Deloitte included National Managing Partner of Solutions Consulting, Deputy Director to Global CEO and USA Board of Directors.  Prior to joining Deloitte, Vince served as a member of the Accounting & Risk Monitoring Group at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. He is a US Army veteran and holds a BSBA from Concord University and an MBA from Xavier University. Vince resides in Spicewood, Texas.

Joe Landry

Joseph, originally from New Iberia, Louisiana, graduated from Louisiana State University. After graduating from LSU, he moved to Houston and obtained his CPA certification. He began his accounting career at Tenneco Oil Company, briefly worked at Exxon and then joined EOG Resources, Inc. (formerly Enron Oil & Gas). He held various positions over his 34 years at EOG and retired in March 2024 as the Controller of Operations Accounting.  Joseph resides in Houston, Texas.

Damon Button

Damon, originally from Salina, Kansas, graduated with a BS in Business with Highest Distinction from the University of Kansas. Mr. Button’s began his career at the national accounting firm KPMG after receiving national honors for his CPA examination. His career spanned over for four decades in oil and gas production, natural gas pipeline and processing, and hydrocarbon marketing segments of the energy industry in the roles of chief financial officer and board member with his most recent employment with Endeavor Energy Resources, LP. He retired in 2023 and devotes his time to personal business interests and philanthropy. Damon resides in Midland, Texas.

David Hanss

David, originally from San Antonio, Texas, graduated with a BBA in Finance and Business Honors from The University of Texas at Austin and Juris Doctor degree from University of Houston Law Center where he was a member of the Houston Law Review.  Mr. Hanss currently serves as General Counsel for Fortress Energy Partners.  Prior to joining Fortress Energy Partners, Mr. Hanss served in roles of increasing responsibility at  ConocoPhillips, Concho Resources, and Fulbright and Jaworski LLP.  David resides in Midland, Texas.

Douglas Scharbauer

Douglas was born in Midland, Texas.  He serves as CEO of Douglas Scharbauer Management overseeing oil & gas and real estate holdings throughout Texas and New Mexico.  Mr. Scharbauer owns and operates Valor Farm, a 393 acre, Thoroughbred farm located in Pilot Point, Texas.  The Scharbauer family’s love of horses and passion for horseracing has resulted in two Kentucky Derby winners:  Tomy Lee (1959) and Alysheba (1987).  Douglas is a proud TCU alumni and booster.  Douglas resides in Midland, Texas.

Django Walker

Django was born in Austin, Texas.  He is an ACM award-winning singer-songwriter who has successfully followed in the footsteps of his legendary father, Jerry Jeff Walker.   His songs include Billboard’s #1 Texas Country hit “Texas On My Mind” recorded by Pat Green.  Mr. Walker graduated from Austin High School and attended The Liverpool School of Performing Arts. Django played professional basketball in Europe and currently serves as a director of the Jerry Jeff Walker “Tried & True” Foundation.  Django resides in Austin, Texas.

Jody Mitchell

Jody currently serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for ProPetro.  Prior to joining ProPetro, Jody held several legal and commercial roles for Concho Resources Inc., including Associate General Counsel and later Director of Marketing and Midstream.  Jody began his career at Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell LLP, specializing in oil, gas, and energy litigation and construction litigation. Jody holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Houston Law Center.  Jody resides in Midland, Texas.

Murphy Jensen

Murphy was born on a Christmas-tree farm in Ludington, Michigan. He and his brother Luke won the 1993 French Open Grand Slam Doubles title.  His television and film career includes “Murphy’s Guide” on The Tennis Channel and a leading role in the movie Wimbledon. He is a co-founder of WeConnect, a healthcare information technology company with a platform designed to aid addition recovery.  Murphy played college tennis at USC before leaving to join the ATP Tour.  Murphy resides in Seattle, Washington.
